So, I will be totally honest here that the lockdowns have had an impact on my mental health in a bad way and the way I dealt with it was to shave my hair o and start bleaching it then using semi-permanent dyes to change the colour.  This was another way to change my colour and try to embrace my grey hair.  Bu it did not work for me which was a shame.  My hair looked OK.  I just think that it should not be used on bleached hair but hair that is going grey naturally.
