B. by Superdrug Hydrate Moisturising Light Day Cream

Image
This is for when I wear sunscreen and am out about all day but still need some form of moisturiser.  This fits the bill brilliantly it’s light weight and does not pill under sunscreen.  I also use it when I am wearing makeup again because it does not cause my foundation to pull.   On those days when you want to do a basic routine again this is the perfect moisturiser for that too.

This is the day cream I use under my my sunscreen on those days that I am out and about.  It absorbs into the skin perfect try and does. To leave a residue.  My skin feels soft and hydrated, it does not cause piling with my sunscreen.

I was not sure about this as you need to fingers worth of sun screen.  But I was surprised, I use this as my final step on the days that I am in the house rather than out and about.  I am fair skinned and burn easily so I never leave the house without factor 50 on.  This cream leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated as well as a lovely glow,  I feel protected enough when standing out in the garden with my dog and not having to worry that I might burn.

B. by Superdrug Cleanse Melting Cleansing Balm

This is s great first cleanse at night to remove your makeup.  It made light work of MAC 3D mascara and eyeliner.  A small amount goes along way, it melts into an oil that can be massaged into the skin to remove any makeup.  I took it off using a muslin cloth and there was no residue left on my skin - my skin felt soft and hydrated.

B. by Superdrug Hydrate Brightening Eye Cream

This is a light cream that is easily absorbed into the eye area without creating puffiness.  I use this in the morning after cleansing before serums.  It has a cooling effect around the eye area to reduce puffiness.  The skin around my eye area has improved. It looks less puffy and more hydrated.

This serum by Superdrug is brilliant on its own and layered with other serums before applying my chosen moisturiser.  The pump means that I can control how much I use depending on how my skin feels.  Some days one pump is enough and other days I may need two.  Its great under BB or CC creams creating a perfect base for them.

Product: Superdrug Colour R-Plex Repair & Strength Shampoo   Who for: Anyone who wants to look after their coloured hair   First impressions: Seems to smell nice   After one week: My hair did not like it   After one month: My hair really did not like it   Stockists: Superdrug   It was on offer when I bought the treatment kit and bought the two together.   After trying the one sachet from the treatment kit I had hoped that as I could use more shampoo then I might not have the same problem as before.   I was wrong my hair felt swollen, plasticky and rough after the first shampoo.   It rinsed out easily so applied a little more shampoo, but my hair felt weird wrong and stiff.   No, I will not be buying this again.

Packaging and tube of Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser Product: Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser Who for: Anyone and everyone, young and old First impressions: A dupe of the iconic Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish After one week: Not a dupe, a great product in its own right After one month: Skin looks and feels healthy Stockists: Superdrug In my house a cleanser needs to suitable a few skin types such as oily, dry and sensitive.   It needs to be quick and easy (my two boys) as well as the ability to take time (me).   This does it perfectly.   There is no fragrance (great for teenage boys).   Neutral packaging again great for those teenage boys who don’t want to reduce their street cred.   My two teenager boys have very different skin not just to me (44) but each other.   One has acne prone skin and the other does not have any breakouts.   We all love to use this as a little amount is enough to cover the face,...
