The BeautyButterfly

This is part of the Coconut Breeze collection that was a QVCUK TSV in September 2022. Again, it’s the second smell from their range I have tried and it’s fantastic. This time I sectioned my hair into two after I rinsed the shampoo off. One pump is applied to the section from mid lengths and ends with praying hands, then raked through if I am going to do the ‘curly girl’ method I would also scrunch the conditioner into my hair. My hair feels like silk once dried. I just wish the coconut smell would last longer. 

Again, this has a delicate rose fragrance that lingers. It works perfectly with the shampoo and leaves my hair looking and feeling like silk. Damaged parts like hydrated and silky.  Once dry my hair is more manageable and looks healthy.

First impressions: Smells minty After one week: Like the tingle After one month: Hair looks and feels hydrated and  Stockists: Pureology, Allbeauty, LookFantastic, Justmylook, Feelunique This is the second of the four recommendations from Chris Wenzel (The Blowout Professor).  This is a tick but not too thick conditioner that smells minty and it tingles its not a bad tingle just a gentle tingle.  I apply it to the ends first working the way up to the roots.  I leave it on my hair for five to ten minutes.  It rinses out easily and leaves no residue only hair that feels soft hydrated and tangle free.  The minty smell does not last long.  My hair feels soft and hydrated one it has air dried.  

  Product: Josh Wood Miracle Conditioner for Dry, Damaged Hair   Who for: Anyone who wants to Improve the health of their hair and maintain their colour.   First impressions: Smells gorgeous.   After one week: Hair feels healthy and soft.   After one month: To be confirmed.   Stockists : Josh Wood   This is the accompanying conditioner to the shampoo.  It has the same gorgeous floral with citrus undertones smell which I now associate with Josh Wood Colour.  As this is thicker than the shampoo, I only needed three pumps.  Once I applied it I then brushed my hair with my Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler to make sure that it is evenly distributed through my short hair.  I left it on for five minutes.  It washed out easily without leaving any residue.  Once it had dried naturally my hair was more manageable and had volume which it has not had in a while.  This I think will be my every-day conditioner....

  Product: Sol de Janeiro Triple Brazilian Butter Hair Repair Treatment   Who for: Anyone who wants to improve the health of their hair.   First impressions: Smells gorgeous.   After one week: Hair is more manageable.   After one month: Hair is less frizzy and looks health.   Stockists: Cult Beauty, FeelUnique, LookFantastic, SpaceNK   The beginning of the year I decided to go back to my natural hair colour and to grow it long again.  This is one of many products that I have bought to try and improve the health of my hair.  The smell is lovely, and the texture of the product is thick like a body butter.  I apply the most amount to the patch of straw like hair at the back of my head before applying it to the rest o my hair paying attention to the ends rather than the roots.  I have left it on or the maximum time, but I think my hair could take it on longer with or without a shower cap on to keep the warmth in....

Product: Morocanoil Colour Depositing Mask   Who for: Anyone who wants to change their hair colour and improve its condition at the same time.   First impressions: Smells great.   After one week : Hair is hydrated, and the colour is great.   After one month: Fades brilliantly.   Stockists: LookFantastic, AllBeauty, FeelUnique, Moroccanoil   This was the third brand I used to change my hair colour, and this was the best one, not only because it left my hair feeling soft and the colour was magnificent, but it also lasted for more than 8 weeks – I only wash my hair once a week.  When it faded it did not fade patchy but perfectly even.  It is like using a hair mask, but it also deposits colour either to enhance your natural colour or to change it.  The smell makes me want to use it as it is so nice.  With every wash it faded slightly but not patchy like others.  It took well over the whole of my bleached hair i...

  Product: Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut & Macadamia Hair Food Conditioner   Who for: Anyone who wants to smooth and tame unruly hair   First impressions: Love the smell   After one week: Hair is less flyaway   After one month: Hair is soft and less frizzy   Stockists: Garnier, Superdrug, Boots   Hubby bought me this when he bought the shampoo to keep my hair in condition as I have started to bleach it.  It compliments the shampoo perfectly with the light scent of coconuts.  After shampooing my hair twice and rinsing well each time, I remove as much water as possible and apply about a fifty pence piece size of conditioner to my hair paying attention more to the ends rather than the root.  I leave it on for about five minutes then rinse it off.  Which is does without leaving residue.  Once air dryer my hair felt soft and nourished without feeling weighted down, it as less frizzy and no flyaways eith...

  Product: BeautyPie Super Healthy Hair Moisturising Conditioner   Who for: Anyone and everyone   First impressions: Will it weigh my hair down   After one week: Love it   After one month: Love it   Stockists: BeautyPie   As I have mentioned during lockdown, I started bleaching my hair.  This is the perfect conditioner for anyone who dyes their hair.  This is lightweight enough to nourish and moisturise my hair but thick enough that three pumps are enough to cover my pixie haircut.  I have used it after BeautyPie Super Healthy Hair Nourishing Shampoo and BeautyPie Super Healthy Hair Detox Wash Shampoo it is the perfect partner to both shampoos.  It does not weigh my hair down once I have allowed it to dry it naturally.  With some conditioners like this my hair would feel greasy with this conditioner it did not.  It looked and felt healthy, kept its style.  I also noticed that my hair did not knot...
