This is part of a Niacinamide bundle from Boots. The moisturizer, repair serum and cleanser. I use this once a week as I have sensitive skin. I apply a thin layer, leaving it on for up to 15 minutes – usually I use this time to apply hair oil. Once in the shower I wash it off using a muslin cloth and lukewarm water. After removing it my skin feels soft and soothed

This is a great hair mask if you are blonde or like me going grey as this prevents it looking brassy.  I use this once a month leaving it on from 5 to 10 minutes.  Just be careful it can make your hands look stained - you should really wear gloves when applying this but I do it in the shower after washing my hair.  Once my hair is dried be blow dried or air dried, it is soft and manageable.  My greys are vibrant.
