My go to look is eyeliner, mascara and brows.  I had hoped this would be the one especially to help create the perfect flick.  As you can see on the photo that I put it on my hand it wicked up the fine lines that I have,  It did the same with my eyelids which made it look like I had been crying.  I tried it with an eyeshadow primer, powder you name it I tried and I still had the same problem.  So liquid liners are not for me.  This did apply smoothly and last but I just have wrinkly hooded eye lids.  It great as it can be used to create the perfect flick, thin and thick lines.
