Revolution Conceal and Define in C1 and C3

At the time I purchased these items C1 was the lightest shade they had, they have now released a white shade amongst other shades.  These formulas blend well both under and over my foundation.  I use the C1 under my eyes and C3 to hide any blemishes I have.  I also use C3 to correct the colour of my eye lids as I have one darker than the other.  I dot the product on using the doe foot applicator and then blend with my fingers, it doesn’t move my foundation.  If I want a more polished finish I use my BeautyBlender to blend the product in under my eyes and my lids.  Occasionally if I feel that the dark circles are more noticeable them I will apply C1 before my foundation and then C3 after applying my foundation.  I also apply C3 to my nose and cheeks as it is permanently red if my foundation can’t take the redness down and blend using my BeautyBlender.  These two products have now joined my arsenal of products that I use when I am having a good day.  I will be re-purchasing them and other products from the range.  They may be targeted to teens and young adults, but this middle-aged woman loves using them.

 I found this brand on TikTok and am so glad I did.  Why? I am trying to grow my hair long and embracing the grey.  I noticed that I did not clog up the plug hole in the shower when I used this and my hair health improved immensely.  I apply it all over my hair and scalp then cover it in a shower cap upto two hours before washing my hair.  It has a lovely citrusy grapefruit smell.   I like to add one drop to a basic moisturizer and apply it with a brush to create definition and contour. This has been the best product I have used in this way as I am able to control depth of colour and where I want more definition. In the summer I might increase to two drops.

Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water

Bottle of Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water My hubby and I have been using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, he had read an article in a newspaper and wanted to try it.  This has a fresh smell and both of us like it.  It cleanses the skin well and copes brilliantly with Benefit Roller Lash, it removes it without much rubbing.  I would hold the cotton pad to my eye for a few seconds before gently swiping it away.  There is no residue or stickiness, the fragrance doesn’t last long on the skin once the water is swiped over the skin.  We use both sides of the cotton pad remembering to wipe behind our ears.  Think we will be buying more of it and other products from their range.
