Though I try to use products that do not contain parabens I love this palette.  The shadows look very bright in the palette, but they can be applied subtly.  The shadows work well either on their own or with others from the palette.  I have used the matte black and brown as an eyeliner which worked well and lasted all day.  I used a brush to apply these shadows rather than the applicator that came with them as I found I had more control of how much and where I wanted to place the colour.  These can be built up and layered to create different looks.  There is little fall-out, but the colour play-off is brilliant.  All the colours are wearable whatever your age and eye colour.  I have worn them singularly to create a smoky look as well as combining two or more to create an eye look.  I will be buying more of these palettes in the various shades ranges that they have.

Bottle of Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water My hubby and I have been using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, he had read an article in a newspaper and wanted to try it.  This has a fresh smell and both of us like it.  It cleanses the skin well and copes brilliantly with Benefit Roller Lash, it removes it without much rubbing.  I would hold the cotton pad to my eye for a few seconds before gently swiping it away.  There is no residue or stickiness, the fragrance doesn’t last long on the skin once the water is swiped over the skin.  We use both sides of the cotton pad remembering to wipe behind our ears.  Think we will be buying more of it and other products from their range.

Fenty Beauty Icon Semi Matte Lipstick

These are sample sizes which are generous in size.  They are a semi-matte lipstick and smell delicious of cocoa. They are very pigmented which means that they can be applied straight from the bullet, with a brush or with your fingers depending on the look you want to create.  They are long lasting and did not make my lips peel or feel dry.  Pose Queen – is a colour I would wear on those days that I am doing the weekly shopping in jeans etc. It great a great nude and I would wear it on my cheeks too maybe not my eyes – well that’s something to try in the future. The MVP – now this is the date or special occasion lipstick that you want to wear when you want everyone to notice you.  You want to feel powerful. Again, I might wear it on my cheeks – a small amount applied with fingers. Scholar Sista – perfect colour for the office and those Brunch dates.  It’s a shade that will go with everything and make you feel polished, professional.
